Happy 2nd Birthday Parker

Buddies
Eating the icing off his cake
He was so funny opening his presents. He was super excited!!

Bella being a great helper!

Opening his presents.

Sara and Kayleigh got the camera I see! Bella loving her presents also. And daddy and Kevin helping Parker play baseball.

Parker playing baseball and Bella was playing with her new chalk set. Thanks guys!

I can't believe he's 2 already. The time sure flies by. Parker had a great birthday yesterday and it was so fun to watch him play and get so excited over things. He is so animated and really got into the gift opening. Every tissue paper, every bag, every wrapping paper etc. He dug until he got it all. Then he would line it all up and go get the next one. It was so sweet. When we lit the candles he just sat there and stared. He was mesmerized and would make funny faces and then pretend he didn't hear us. Then when he felt like blowing he would get the smallest amount of air out and then just stare at the candles. We all got a good laugh out of him.
Things you may not know about him:
He loves ANIMAlS,
Loves to sing and talk,
Loves his daddy, it's the first thing he wants every morning, afternoon and night
has started potty training,
loves anything that will make him dirty,
he is such a joy in all of our lives and makes us laugh a ton,
Happy birthday buddy, love you.

A great Sunday Picture

Last Sunday Parker had on his cute suit he got from my mom. It was a little chilly out so it was a perfect day for it. Well we thought he looked so cute that we needed to snap a few pics. I was so happy we got a few cute ones! They even matched even, Bella picked her own outfit out that day so it was great! They are getting so big so fast. And we are enjoying every minute of it!

He's not even 2 yet!!

So Bella and Parker were in the bath tonight and Bella of course has to get out at some point to go to the bathroom...(better she gets out than stays in right) but Parker sees this all the time and I guess has caught on!! He was yelling, "I gotta go poop, I gotta go poop." So of course I was like lets get out quick and was thinking we had to put a diaper on him. But he went right over to the toilet seat lifted it up and waited for me to put him on. And much to our surprise he WENT!!! That's right he went on the potty!! He was so excited and were we!! We are hoping this is a new thing and that he will continue on!!

Baseball Season is here

$1.00 Dome Dog night!!

Silly kids

Playing out side, eating some ice cream and making funny faces!

Bella was thrilled to be outside dancing to the drummers. She even got to try it out a few times!

We are so excited that the baseball season is here! We love watching the games at home and at the Dome! We are so lucky to be able to go as much as we do and we all have a great time! This was Parker's first time that he can remember and he was amazed. For the first few innings he sat so quietly and just didn't even know where to begin looking. The lights, baseballs, people everywhere, the music, food and so much more. Everytime the twins bear would come out and then leave he would put his hands up and say, " where did he go." It was so fun to watch his eyes light up and to see how happy they both were. We only made it to the 5th inning and decided to head up and get some ice cream and walk around. John stayed down with some friends and we eventually picked him up around the 7th inning. Thank goodness the game went into extra innings and didn't finish until after 11:00pm. We can't wait for the next one.

Look Way Down on the page..there is like 5 new posts!!

I know, I know...

Bella scored a ton of new dress up clothes and accessories from Grandma!! She's spoiled as always. So I had to organize and re-organize it all so that it looks presentable. She can't wait to have her friends over. Parker has to do for now!!

it has taken me forever to post any pictures or updates. Sorry, I have gone into nesting mode and have stopped working on the house or trying to keep up some sort of routine for the kids etc. It's been crazy to say the least, but we are home!! I can finally say that. John took a day off today and my mom took this kiddos and we finished the basement and it's great. We can walk around and not bum into anything. It's clean and the kids love riding their bikes down here. I'll post more pics later I just have a few little decorations to put up and then I will post a ton!

What is....

Funnier....??
Vacuuming your concrete or hanging pictures on your un-finished walls?? You tell us!
As John and I were cleaning today we had to laugh as he was vacuuming our concrete floors and he said.."um, aren't I supposed to be washing these or something other than vacuuming them?" Then I thought the same thing as we were hanging pictures on the 2x4's?? We got a good laugh and continued on.

28 hours and counting...

Crossing our fingers all goes well!!!
Tomorrow's the big day. I can't believe it's already here. These past few months have been amazingly challenging, frustrating, saddening, exciting and so much more. But oh how my testimony has grown!
We have been searching now for over a year for a home. And ever since getting pregnant in the fall we have been searching even harder. With 3 kids soon to be and a house with 2 beds and 1 bath we knew that now more than ever was the time to get into something a little bigger. So our search began. At times I felt like I was being selfish or greedy (to big of house, to expensive etc) and other times I felt like nothing was going to work out. Why, I'd ask? Heavenly Father what is our plan or purpose with all this? But nothing came during those times, except keep looking. We would find one and think we were moving in but nope there was mold...and lots of it. Oops they took another offer. Over and over again. Four strong months of looking and offer after offer brought me to the breaking point. Through tears and frustration I gave up. No more was my thoughts. I can't take it any more. So I stopped looking and stopped talking about it for over a week. It never left my mind but at least I was focusing on something else. My mom, bless her heart, through the tears and frustration she saw my going through said "get a blessing." I of course said why?? But she knew that was what we all needed. She had been praying for months and months for us and all she kept receiving was it's in the Lords Hands. So I thought quickly about it and acted upon it. Our home teachers came over a few days later and gave me a sweet and comforting blessing.
In the blessing it said how the Lord is aware of our situation and how is also was aware of each one of our family members needs and that he was preparing a house for us in time. He also talked about the pain and trails it had brought but how important that was. As the blessing wrapped up I felt such a peace and calmness not only in my heart but in our home. It was so overwhelming and amazing. How lucky I felt to know that our Heavenly Father truly loves us and was aware of our situation and that in time all would be right.
What a lesson I have learned, patience, trust in the Lord, things are not as we always want them but as he sees for us etc. It truly has made me open my eyes and heart and count all of my many blessings in my life. How blessed I am and my family to have the gospel and all that it brings to our lives.
So as we sat and watched conferences and we got a phone call saying that another offer fell through I got a little urge to hop on line and look quickly at homes. And low and behold guess what was there?? That's right...a brand new home in Ramsey only 2 miles from my mom and EVERYTHING we have wanted!!! It was so beautiful and it was so refreshing to walk in and smell new and clean. I just knew walking in there that this is the one. How my heart poured over. I felt peace and calmness. We walked away saying this is it. Within 2 hours we found this house, went and looked at it, put an offer in and by that time the agent had already called ours 3 times. This was Saturday, by Monday morning at 8:30am we knew it was ours. We not only found a home
10 days ago but are moving in tomorrow.
How our blessings and prayers have been answered.
It's truly amazing and
we can't wait to see what comes next.

The Easter Bunny Came!!

Though there was boxes everywhere and not many places to hide baskets, the bunny pulled through and managed to get a few things there for the kids!! They were super excited. They got some yummy treats, new beach toys, bunny ears and new 4 wheelers to ride! They scored.

One more Easter Celebration!!

We had an Easter Egg hunt and lunch for the kids.

Eating lunch, opening eggs etc.

Karsyn, Norin and Nash

Lainey, Bella and Parker getting eggs

We have such a fun play group that we meet with once a week with at church, the park or
Mc Donald's. Where ever the day takes us. I look forward to it weekly. I think at times more than my kids. But we have had so many fun play dates and they keep getting better and better now that the weather is warming up and it opens so many more doors up for different playing options. We love being able to run and play. They are so cute singing songs together and so much more! My kids love talking about all of their friends and it makes me really take a step back and cherish all these sweet moments and realize how lucky I am to be able to be home with them and enjoying all these sweet times together! I love that they are loved by so many others that truly know them and care for them. We are so blessed and I am so grateful.
