Como Zoo!

Last week we went to the Zoo with the Lambert's, Wendy, Cole and us. It was a bit chilly out but we still had a fun time. We love this zoo because it is free and the animals are so close! Also, you can get through it in a short time which is always nice!

Park Time

Yeah, it is finally getting warmer and we are going to cross our fingers it stays that way! A few times a month we get togther as a ward and we have a play date! Well, it has finally warmed up so that we can go to a park. Bella really enjoys the slides, swings and just playing with all of her fun friends. Parker, well he is such a boy and really could use 2 baths or more a day but he loves the dirt and of course eating the rocks or mulch or whatever little scrap he finds. He is a true boy.

No More Puggy (pacifier)

Yeah Bella has finally ditched the good ol' pacifier and in her words "puggy" and I couldn't be happier. Yes it comes in handy when she is so tired or crabby etc. But her poor little teeth are taking a hit from it. So I have been trying here and there to take it from her. But she fell asleep twice without it and she hasn't asked for it or looked for it since then! So I am so happy. No more losing it at the store or in the house. They are gone!

Chuckie Cheese!

Nicky got to come home for a long weekend and we had a great time! We went thrift store shopping. Which we all love. (it was Donny's suggestion) We hung out and played games and even spent an afternoon at Chuckie Cheese. We all had a blast. We love the thrill of playing games and seeing how many tickets we can get! It's our Dad in us. But we love when she comes home and we all just hang out and enjoy one another. Cole had these glasses though that Donny got as a 40th Birthday gift and we all had to have a try. We couldn't stop laughing! You can barely see out of them and they look even better on the camera!

Sesame Street

Jessica, Joshua, Bella, Cole and I went to the Children's Musuem to check out Sesame Street. Bella just loves playing here. There is so much to do and see so we really enjoy our time there. Her and Cole danced and dressed up. In Bella's words, "They were shaking their Booty!" She was just looking at the pictures as I was putting them up and she was saying that! It's pretty funny once she gets started with that she just keeps going. But they played, colored, dressed up etc. They had a great time together!

Busy Busy

Sorry I haven't posted in forever but we have been so busy I am not sure which way I am coming and going. Well for those of you who may not know but we BOUGHT A HOUSE!! We are so excited and exhausted. It has been a crazy few weeks and still will be since it's a short sale. That means the seller's excepted our offer but now we are waiting on the bank. This process usually takes about a month. Could be sooner or could be even longer. So it's a waiting game for us. Which is great we can save more money and find better deals. And I will have to tell you all about that at a later time. So yes I do have some new pics of the kids but will have to do that a littler later too. But thought we'd fill you all in on our busy time right now!

65' and Wonderful!

We had a busy busy day yesterday but had a lot of fun also! We started our morning off having a few friends over so their mom's could go to the temple. Bella was so excited because she loves playing with Emma. So they played pricesses, dolls, ate lunch, and then painted a bunch a plaster magnets that we made! They really enjoyed that. Then after they left we had a few errands to run and while we were out we bought a new bike trailor that can be a stroller also. (we want to start exercising!) So the kids and I enjoyed a nice walk out in the wonderful weather we had. Oh, how I hope the snow is done. Then with it being so nice out we played outside. So ya it is a little muddy and there is still some snow out. But we needed the freash air! Rocks anyone?? Parker could not stay out of the rocks and he thought they tasted good for some reason? I forsee the summer being like this... But we played balls and bubbles etc. Then we headed inside for baths and Bella wanted to play her new Dora dance along mat that I got her. Not knowing really what it was since I got it 75% off at Target, we tried it out. It was so fun for her and I got a lot of laughs out of it. It came with a costume, mat, movie, etc. It's shows you how to follow along and dance with the movie. Well worth the couple of dollars. All in all we had a wonderful day and are starting back over agian this morning!

Princess Bella

I was so excited, I got this super cute princess vanity on craigs list for $10.00, plus the lady threw in a crown, brush, microphone, sun glasses, etc. Bella was thrilled.
So she put on her new cute tutu (thanks Danielle:)) and crown and was dancing around the living room. It was so cute she was laughing and really was having a great time. Well ....
Then the glasses came out and Parker had to have a taste of them also. He kept squawking at her until she would finally give in and she did...
Bella's great at sharing and Parker was super excited. So I had to snap a picture of course. They were both so cute enjoying each others company. I love this stage.

Makeup Already?

Oh how it starts way to young...
When I was on the phone the other day Bella came out with my mascara and had already started applying. Well of course I was trying to get it from her and she just kept right on. The funny thing was is she knew exactly where it went and how. They pay attention way to much!

Hoppy Easter

We had a wondeful Easter. The kids got up and got ready for church and then got their baskets..which they loved. They had a piece or two of candy and then we went to church. After that we had my family come over and eat Ham and cheesy potatoes and fixings. It was yummy. Then they opened their gifts from Auntie Nicky and Grandma. It was fun for them. Then we did a small egg hunt out in the snow for the kids. It wasn't bad because they got the eggs of the driveway and sidewalk. They enjoyed that a lot. All in all it was a relaxing enjoyable day! The day before we went and saw the Easter Bunny at a boutique store in Maple Grove. It was a little crazy and of course the kids didn't want to look at the camera but yeah we were there right.
