He's "1"

Parker turned "1" yesterday. He is getting to be such a big boy and man does he have a mind of his own! We celebrated his birthday with our friends Julie and Cameron's little boy Payton. He is 3 weeks older than Parker. They were so cute togther but neither of them were feeling the hats. They sat and ate their cupcakes and had a great time. The kids played with bubbles (Parker just ate them), the sprinkler and water balloons. It was a nice enjoyable day!

Date Night!

On Friday Night John and I actually went out on a daye! Well a double. We go out here and there but we never do anything different but we did this night:) We went out to dinner with Sara and Kevin and then we went Mini Golfing. We had a blast. It was so nice out and there was no kids so it was even better. Kevin of course was always in the rocks or shooting from some place crazy but what can ya say?? John of course won and was proud of his score!

Parker's B-day Party!

We celebated my mom's, brother Donny's, my nephew Cole and Parker's B-day all in one! We had a lot of our family over and had a BBQ, we pulled out the bocce ball and just hung out. The kids had a blast opening their gifts. Bella even got a few so she didn't feel left out! But as you can see Parker was not having anything to do with his cake. He was so over tired he wasn't having it. So hopefully when we have another little get together we can get some other cute pics! But he scored of course. He got tons of new clothes, his new fire truck ride on toy, a basketball hoop, balls, money etc. And he's only 1.

Parker's Almost One!

PArker is almost "1". Where has the time gone? But we are having a early b-day party for hime, Cole, My Mom and Donny. So Kayleigh and I decided to make them both cakes. Cole loves SpOnGE bOb and we thought Parker would like a CaR(from the movie). John even jumped in and helped. We had a lot of fun. PArker was playing in his car while we were cooking away. So I snapped a cute pic. (I'll get more b-day pics tomorrow)

Summer is Finally Here

Today we went as a family to a little home town fair! I love these fairs because they are small and cheap and the KIDS have a BLAST!! Especially playing all of the .50 games. And yes that is a toliet seat that we were throwing bean bags in. Like I said home town fair! But really we love all of our family so much and enjoy all of the great times we have together!

Feeding the Ducks!

We love feeding the Ducks! Not too far from our house is the river, so we will either bike there or walk and feed the ducks and play at the park. The kids love it! We are trying to spend as much time with Wendy and Cole because they will be moving in a few weeks:( Kayleigh rollerbladed along and Camilla and Lincoln came too!(I babysit him) All in all it was a beautiful night!

Como Zoo!

Last week we went to the Zoo with the Lambert's, Wendy, Cole and us. It was a bit chilly out but we still had a fun time. We love this zoo because it is free and the animals are so close! Also, you can get through it in a short time which is always nice!

Park Time

Yeah, it is finally getting warmer and we are going to cross our fingers it stays that way! A few times a month we get togther as a ward and we have a play date! Well, it has finally warmed up so that we can go to a park. Bella really enjoys the slides, swings and just playing with all of her fun friends. Parker, well he is such a boy and really could use 2 baths or more a day but he loves the dirt and of course eating the rocks or mulch or whatever little scrap he finds. He is a true boy.

No More Puggy (pacifier)

Yeah Bella has finally ditched the good ol' pacifier and in her words "puggy" and I couldn't be happier. Yes it comes in handy when she is so tired or crabby etc. But her poor little teeth are taking a hit from it. So I have been trying here and there to take it from her. But she fell asleep twice without it and she hasn't asked for it or looked for it since then! So I am so happy. No more losing it at the store or in the house. They are gone!
