Bowling!!

I decided to take Bella and a few of her friends bowling. They had a great time. The boys especially. They were all dancing and running everywhere. Luckily we were the only ones there. Oh, ya and for some reason sliding all over that slippery floor was way more fun then anything else. Yeah at least we left it way cleaner then we started! Right?

Our Real Snow Fall

Ok so the last pictures were just a tease. We got a lot of snow on Sat, enough to cover the ground and stay! And we are getting more today! Bella really didn't like it. It was blowing against her face and it was way to cold! So we'll try again!

Last night we were heading out the door to go get dinner and Bella realized that it was snowing and it is really the first time she has really known what it is. She was so cute. She was running around the yard saying "look it, look it" she was thrilled!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had an enjoyable day today! We went to my mom's and spent most of the day and night there. It was great! John's parents joined us which was so nice. So we had a great time with Family today. Parker & Bella really enjoyed Grandpa's Pumpkin bars! Yum Yum.. We also took a bunch of picters because we haven't been able to get family ones done yet. So here are just a few.

Bella being a Helper (sort of)

I was washing the dishes tonight (well attempting to) while the baby was napping and of course Bella wanted some attention so I decided to let her come and be my helper. Well at first she thought it was great and she was washing the plate for me but that got old quickly...so she decided to use the bottle brush to wash her mouth out and to get a drink with. GROSS! I know so of course I told her NO and so then she decided to use it to wash off her face since she had cookie on it. So then it wasn't as bad so I thought I'd snap a few pictures of her helping!

How time goes by so quickly!

Parker is sitting up all by himself! He has slowly started to sit up andeach day it is longer and longer. I think part of it may be his belly supporting him but yeah either way works for me. He also got his first tooth last week! Way sooner then Bella she got her first tooth when she was 13 months. So that is exciting to.

All of our Fun HALLOWEEN Adventures

So if you were to discuss this whole Halloween thing with John he'd say" here in Anoka Halloween last for a month!" And yes in some ways it does. With Anoka being the Halloween capital of the WORLD there are so many traditions and many, many activities to attend. So we had our fair share. We trick-or-treated around Walmart, Cub etc. with Bella and some of her friends. We went to the Mall of America and did some fun Halloween stuff, we went trunk-or-treating twice. Once with Matt and Michelle and the other with Grandma and Grandpa, Bella loved that. Her Grandpa even made her a special Pumpkin cake. Which was neat for her especially since Parker and her were pumpkins. We had our party here and the parades. We also did our annual trick-or-treat night out with our family. So to say the least we are tired and Bella has more candy than she knows what to do with. She was a little confused at the doors but she sure liked saying "thanks, and BYE" it was really sweet. We had a great holiday though spending it with many friends and family. We hope you all had a great Halloween!

Silly girls

Tonight Bella had 3 of her friends over for a sleep over. Kathryn and Emma were over because their mom was having a BABY tonight and Mikayla was here to join in the fun! The were jumping on the bed and then decided to be silly and make fun faces! To cute.

Today we had a blast! We had a huge Halloween party at our house and we had over 70 people here. But it really didn't seem that way. We had set up 8 different games in our back yard so the kids ran around and played the bean bag toss, cup cake walk, go fish.etc. They got prizes and candy! Then we went up front and ate great food!! Thanks to everyone for pitching in!! And the the kids hit the pinata and swarmed over the candy it was fun! After that we headed off to the night time parade. Bella and the others danced forever. WE HAD A BREAT NIGHT!!! THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE IT A GREAT DAY!

Our trip to CA

The kids and I went out to CA for a few days. John stayed back due to time off and he's starting a new job next week. While we were out there Jade got blessed! (Sara and Tommy's little one) and we gave Cheryl a surprise baby shower. Bella loved playing with her Aunts, Uncle's and especially cousins. She walks around daily asking for Erin's youngest, Abbie. All we hear is "where's Abbie"? all day long. It's really cute.
