So we were super super excited about this home in Ramsey that we thought we were buying. Well...after a few inspections, further investigation on stucco and homes like this one we have decided to MOVE ON!! We were really bummed at first but have now come to the conclusion that it's for a good reason and there is something better out there for us. The house had to big of a moisture problem on the outside and one on the inside. We just don't know what we will be getting into even if they let us fix it or if they fix it. So we are on the house hunt again. WE hope it goes quickly but ya never know.

Good luck, I know it is probably disappointing but, it sounds like you made a smart decision...who wants a house with problems to start with. How are you feeling? I hope your pregnancy is going well.
It always sucks to not get what you thought you were, but it's probably for the best; Especially with Parkers asthma. Keep on looking, I know you'll find the house of your dreams! who knows maybe it will be closer to me?!
It all happens for a reason. Do you have any new prospects?
We put offers on so many houses before we bought our first. Course, that was back in the day when you'd get outbid (for more than the listing price) in a couple of hours by 10 other people. My, how times have changed!
Anyways, we were disappointed every time so I know the feeling. Good for you guys for making a smart decision.
