Crazy Day!

So I know we all have those days sometimes and today was one of them for us! This weekend is Back to the 50's down and the State Fair Grounds. We have a ton of fun going and we try and go as much as we can. (It is a huge old car show and there is over 10,000 cars) So last night we went and just hung low and enjoyed watching the old cars drive by etc. Well Parker and Bella had fun rolling in the grass,playing in the dirt etc. Well he fell asleep on the way home so we just threw him in bed. Well bad idea. He was up 4 different times during the night but was just fussy. Didn't want anything or anyone. So we left him, well this morning he woke up and had hives and bites everwhere. We aren't sure from what but his body was covered. So that started out our crazy day and it made him crabby and fussy all day at the Car Show. So by the end of the day we were all tired. Then next, we were on our way home and just about to get onto the highway and a Commercial Truck decided to move into our lane...of course he didn't see us but we saw him so John slammed on his brakes as much as possible and went over into the median to avoid him from hitting us and we hit one of those big orange cones. But it's a lot bigger than those small little pointed ones. Well we wrote down his plate # but nothing came of it yet but our van has a nice dent and the door dosen't open right. So we hear it is a no fault claim but what should we have done? Let him hit us? Who knows?? So to say the least it's been one of those days and Parker still has hives and our van now has a nice new look to it! The bright side of it is we are all ok and tomorrow is another day! And we got to end the evening with a BBQ and Fire at Jackie and Curt's house. Thanks guys we had a great time!
